Cape Vue is a luxury guesthouse in Franschhoek that recently began to produce their own wine. We were asked to conceptualise a wine label design that feels premium and draws inspiration from the Franschhoek valley in South Africa.
I was inspired by the famous Huguenot Monument situated nearby the guesthouse. The monument features beautiful arches topped with a star motif that I reinterpreted into die-cut vinyls that could live on the bottles themselves. The result is a range of wines with stand-out appeal within the category and a design that is truly proudly Franschhoek.
